Scheduled appointments are reserved specifically for your child and any change in this appointment affects all of our patients. If a cancellation is unavoidable, please call the office at least 1 working day in advance so that we may give that time to another patient. Given our busy schedule, we encourage families to arrive a few minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork prior to your designated appointment time.
New Patient Appointments
New patients, especially younger children, will be scheduled during morning hours to allow for a better experience. Please download, print and fill out all new patient paperwork. Bring the completed paperwork and a copy of the patient's insurance card to your child's first visit with Dr. Rama.
Technology advances have allowed us to update our appointment reminder system utilizing automated texting and emails. Several weeks before your child's scheduled appointment a reminder will be sent letting you know of the upcoming appointment, giving you sufficient time to reschedule, if necessary. Several days prior to the appointment a confirmation notification will be sent. You can e-mail a response notifying our computer system you will be attending the appointment or text back with the letter "C" to confirm. If we do not get an electronic confirmation, front office staff will call to confirm your appointment. Please notify our office if you do not wish to receive e-mail or text message notifications.
